We have relationships with hotels and tour operators that unlock perks you can't get online, and if something goes wrong during your travels, we’re here to fix it immediately. You get a dedicated partner who knows your preferences and handles every detail, so you can focus on the fun part: dreaming about your adventure.

We charge a nonrefundable planning fee that begins at $75 per person, with discounts available for groups. This fee covers our time researching, designing, and coordinating every detail of your journey. We work for YOU, not the hotel brands or cruise lines!
More complex itineraries or last-minute travel requests may incur an additional fee due to the extra work involved, but we'll always be transparent about costs during our consultation. The planning fee is often offset by the exclusive perks and upgrades we secure through our supplier relationships. Our goal is for you to see exceptional value in working together.

Everything you need for a seamless journey. We handle accommodations, activities, dining reservations, ground transportation, travel insurance coordination, and all the details in between. We research your destination thoroughly, create a personalized digital itinerary tailored to your interests, and provide you with a comprehensive travel document that includes confirmations, recommendations, and all pertinent contact information. You'll also have our support before, during, and after your trip if anything needs attention.

The sweet spot is usually 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for bucket-list destinations, luxury accommodations, or travel during peak seasons. That timeline gives us room to secure the best options and any exclusive experiences you're dreaming about. That said, we've pulled together incredible last-minute trips too, so if you're working with a shorter timeframe, reach out anyway. We'll make it happen.

We’ll start with at least one consultation call so I can understand your vision and travel preferences. Once we're aligned and you're ready to move forward, we'll ask you to pay the planning fee to officially begin the design process. We'll also need the legal names of all travelers exactly as they appear on their passports, along with birthdates. This ensures everything from flights to accommodations is booked accurately. From there, we take care of the rest while keeping you involved in all the exciting decisions along the way.

We can absolutely book your flights! In many cases, we can package flights with your resort or cruise for a better rate than booking separately. If you prefer to use points or book flights independently, we’re happy to research options and provide our expert recommendations so you can make the best choice. Either way, we make sure your flights align perfectly with the rest of your itinerary.

Yes! Through our affiliation with Travel Leaders Network, we have access to perks and upgrades that aren't available when you book directly or online. Think complimentary breakfast, room upgrades when available, resort credits, early check-in, late checkout, and VIP treatment at select properties. These extras add real value to your trip and often more than offset our planning fee.

Of course! Pre- and post-cruise stays are some of our favorite trips to plan. They give you time to explore your departure or arrival city without the rush, and we can arrange everything from hotels and transfers to guided tours and dining reservations. It's the perfect way to enhance your cruise vacation and make the most of your journey.
During & After Your Trip

You text us, and we get to work fixing it. We have trusted in-destination partners who provide local assistance when needed, and you will have all their contact information. We’re also always available to troubleshoot from our end. Whether it's a missed connection, a hotel issue, or an unexpected change in plans, we act as your advocate to resolve problems quickly so you can get back to enjoying your trip. You're never navigating challenges alone when you travel with us.

We don't charge a cancellation fee, but we do need to follow the cancellation and change policies of the hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators you've booked with. Those policies vary and may include fees depending on timing. We always include all that information in our proposals, so you will know from the beginning what the policies are. Our planning fee is nonrefundable since that work has already been completed, but we’ll always do our best to minimize any financial impact if your plans need to change.

Yes, we very strongly recommend it! Life is unpredictable, and travel insurance protects your investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason, experience a medical emergency, face trip delays, or lose luggage. We've seen too many situations where insurance saved the day and plenty where travelers wished they'd purchased it. Often, it is something as simple as a slip and fall, where a guest broke a bone and needed in-destination medical imaging and care. We can help you find the right policy for your specific trip so you're fully protected.

Your data is encrypted and protected, and we don’t store your payment information. You can trust that your information is safe when you work with us.
